银杏叶提取物对庆大霉素耳毒性保护作用的实验研究

摘    要:目的:研究银杏叶提取物(Egb)对庆大霉素(GM)所致耳毒性的拮抗作用,探讨庆大霉素耳毒性作用机制。方法:健康豚鼠15只,随机分为3组,I组为生理盐水组;II组为庆大霉素(GM)组,造成损伤模型;III组为银杏叶提取物(Egb)和庆大霉素(Egb GM)组,观测3组豚鼠不同时期畸变产物耳声发射(DPOAE)的改变,TUNEL法检测3组豚鼠毛细胞凋亡。结果:Egb可以减轻耳蜗外毛细胞的损伤率(P<0.05),较少凋亡,降低庆大霉素所致的耳毒性。结论:Egh对庆大霉素所致的耳毒性具有拮抗作用。

Abstract:Objective:To study the protective effect of the extract of Ginkgo Biloba(Egb) on gentamicin-induced ototoxicity.Methods:Fifteen guinea pigs were randomly divided into 3 groups,in which the guinea pigs were peritoneally injected with normal saline(saline group),gentamicin(gentamicin group),and both gentamicin and Egb(Egb GM group).Distort production of otoacoustic emission(DPOAE) thresholds were measured before and after the injection.The apoptosis of hair cells were detected by TUNEL method.Results:Compared with other 2 groups,the hair cell apoptosis and hearing thresholds were significant lower in Egb GM group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Egb has protective effect against gentamicin-induced ototoxicity.
