冬凌草叶片形态多样性的研究

目的通过对8种不同叶型冬凌草叶片形态特征、叶表皮特征的观察及叶片主要性状的测量,探讨冬凌草种质资源的多样性,为其新品种的选育提供一定的依据。方法对冬凌草叶型多样性进行了观察描述,并采用直尺对叶片主要性状如:叶长、叶宽、叶先端长、宽度进行了测量;对不同叶型冬凌草叶表皮进行了剥离和临时制片,并在光学显微镜下观察了其叶表皮特征。结果不同叶型的冬凌草其表皮细胞的形状、气孔类型均相同,但其叶基形状、叶长、叶宽、叶表皮微形态特征(上表皮细胞和下表皮细胞的数目、气孔长度、宽度及气孔密度等)存在明显的差异。结论冬凌草在长期栽培过程中叶外部形态特征及叶表皮的微形态特征出现了一定的变异。

Study on the Diversity of Morphological Characteristics of Leaves of Rabdosia rubescens(Hemls.) Hara

Objective 8 types of leaves of Rabdosia rubescens(Hemls.) were employed to find its germplasm resources diversity by observing the morphological parameters of leaf,the characteristics of leaf epidermis,and measurement its main characters.Methods The diversity of leaf type was described;the main characteristics such as leaf length,leaf width,the leaf apex length and width were measured;the characteristics of leaf epidermis were observed by means of light microscope after the leaves were exfoliated and temporary sectioned.Results The form of epidermal cells,the patterns of anticlinal walls,the stomata index were anomocytic.But there existed significant difference in the form of leaf base,leaf length,leaf width and micro-morphology characteristics of the leaf epidermis(the cell number of the adaxial epidermis and abaxial epidermis,the stomal length,the stomal width,the stomal density).Conclusion It exhibited mutation in morphological characteristics of the leaf and micro-morphology characteristics of the leaf epidermis in a long-term cultivation process.
