不同体位置管对脑卒中吞咽障碍患者的效果分析

目的探讨脑卒中吞咽障碍患者两种不同体位留置胃管的成功率,减少反复插管给患者带来的痛苦。方法将脑卒中吞咽障碍并需要安置胃管的患者68例,随机分为对照组和观察组各34例。观察组采用"抬高床头70~80°,头部正位"(以下简称头部正位法)法留置胃管;对照组采用传统的"平卧位再托头"法留置胃管。结果观察组一次留置胃管插管成功率为91.2%,对照组一次胃管插管成功率为61.8%,差异具有统计学意义(P0.01)结论对脑卒中吞咽障碍患者采用"抬高床头70~80°,头正位"法留置胃管一次插管成功率比传统法明显提高。

Effects of indwelling gastric tube of the stroke patients with dysphagia in two different postures

Objective To investigate the success rate of indwelling gastric tube of the stroke patients with dysphagia in two different pos-tures, reducing the pain of repeated intubation with patients. Methods 68 cases of stroke patients with dysphagia and required placement of stomach tube, were randomly divided into control group and observation group, each group with 34 cases. The observation group used the way of "elevate head of bed 70~80 degrees, and head forward" to detain gastric tube;the control group used the traditional way of"supine posi-tion then head" to detain gastric tube. Results the observation group indwelling gastric tube intubation success rate was 91. 2%, control group a stomach tube intubation success rate was 61.8%, with significant difference (P<0.01).conclusion the stroke patients with dyspha-gia used the way of"elevate head of bed 70~80 degree and head forward" to detain gastric tube and the success rate of intubation was signif-icantly improved than the traditional method.
