| 摘 要： | 目的讨论循证护理对维持性血透患者动静脉内瘘并发症发生率的影响。方法将2012年7月~2015年7月进行维持性透析的117名患者随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组依据循证护理的要求全面准确评估护理问题,系统分析问题发生原因,制定护理干预措施并实施;对照组只进行常规护理。比较两组患者内瘘并发症的发生率。结果实验组患者并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论循证护理明显减少了维持性血透患者动静脉内瘘的并发症,延长了内瘘的使用时间。

The affect of Evidence-based nursing to the incidence of arteriovenous fistula complications in chronic hemodialysis patients |

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the affect of evidence-based nursing for arteriovenous fistula complications in chronic hemodialysis patients. Methods 117 patients who had maintenance of dialysis were randomly divided into experimental group and control group between January 2012 and January 2015.Experimental group according to full and accurate assessment of nursing problems analyseed the reason of problem, formulated nursing intervention measures and implement the plan; The control group only had regular nursing care. Compare the two groups about the incidence of complications. Results The complication rate of experimental group is significantly lower than the control group, the difference statistically is significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing has been significantly reduced the arteriovenous fistula complications in chronic hemodialysis patients, and prolonged the time of internal fistula. |
