痔科熏洗方坐浴对嵌顿痔术前症状改善的效果观察

目的观察痔科熏洗方坐浴对嵌顿痔术前相关症状改善的效果。方法将120例嵌顿痔术前患者随机分成两组,每组60例。治疗组采用自制痔科熏洗方坐浴,对照组运用高锰酸钾温水坐浴,比较两组患者术前痔核水肿消退、疼痛缓解情况。结果治疗组术前痔核水肿消退及疼痛缓解均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论痔科熏洗方坐浴对嵌顿痔术前有较好的疗效,能减轻患者水肿、缓解疼痛,有利于术后创面愈合。

The observation of the effect of Hemorrhoid secco fumigation party sitz bath for incarcerated hemorrhoid preoperative symptoms

Objective To observe the hemorrhoids fumigating and washing hip bath of incarcerated hemorrhoid symptoms improve the effect. Methods 120 cases of incarcerated hemorrhoid were randomly divided into two groups,each group had 60 cases.The treatment group with self-made hemorrhoids fumigating and washing hip bath,and the control group were treated with warm water by potassium permanganate sitz bath,compared two groups of patients before operation of hemorrhoids edema and pain.Results The treatment group before operation of hem?orrhoids edema and pain relief were better than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Hemorrhoids fumigating and washing hip bath of in?carcerated hemorrhoid surgery before good curative effect,can reduce the edema patients,alleviate pain,is conducive to postoperative wound.
