| 摘 要： | 目的：分析剖宫产率上升与剖宫产指征的关系。方法：对2005～2008年剖宫产304例进行回顾分析，将2005～2006年分为第一阶段，2007～2008年分为第二阶段。结果：第二阶段的剖宫产率明显高于第一阶段，差异非常显著（P〈0．005）．胎儿窘迫、臀位、羊水过少、相对头盆不称、社会因素、剖宫产史、巨大儿为剖宫产主要指征。结论：不断提高产科医生的技术水平，严格掌握剖宫产指征，在一定程度上可降低剖宫产率。

| Abstract: | Objective：To analyze the relation of cesarean rate increasing and cesarean indicatio. Methods： Data of 304 cases of cesarean from 2005 to 2008 were analyzed retrospectively, Take cases in 2005 - 2006 as first stage and cases in 2007 - 2008 as second stage. Results ： Cesarean rate of first stage is higher than second stage, and had a very significant difference in two groups. The main indications of cesarean were fetal distress, breech position, oligoamnios, relative cephalo- pelvic disproportion, social factor, history of cesarean section and giant infant. Conclusion： To promote technical merit of obstetrician and grasp the indication of cesarean section strictly can reduce the rate of cesarean partly. |
