人文管理在静脉用药调配中心管理中的探索和实践

目的：探讨人文管理在静脉药物配置中心（PIVAS）管理中的实践效果。方法：从个人管理和团队管理两个层面,通过树立品牌意识,强化制度管理,坚持全员培训,健全创新激励机制,营造安全、舒适的工作环境等方式,将人文管理融入PIVAS管理中。结果：通过实施人文管理,PIVAS员工的工作积极性和管理依从性明显提高,工作差错率下降,临床科室满意度上升。结论：人文管理有助于提高PIVAS的管理水平。

Exploration and practice of humanistic management in pharmacy intravenous admixture service

Objective： To explore the practical effectiveness of humanistic management in pharmacy intravenous admixture service（PIVAS）.Methods： Through the access of enhancing brand awareness,intensifying system management,adhering to full-staff training,perfecting incentive innovation mechanism and creating a safe and comfortable working environment,humanistic management was integrated into the administration of PIVAS from the levels of personal management and team management.Results：Through humanistic management,the working enthusiasm and management compliance in the PIVAS staff obviously increased,work error rate decreased,and satisfaction of work in the clinical department was greatly improved.Conclusion： Humanistic management helps to promote the administration of PIVAS.
