磁圆梅针循经叩刺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效观察

目的：观察磁圆梅针循经叩刺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法：60例糖尿病合并糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为甲钴胺组、磁圆梅针组、联合治疗组,观察3组患者总有效率、神经传导速度的变化。结果：与甲钴胺组、磁圆梅针组比较,联合治疗组总有效率提高,胫神经之感觉神经传导速度提高,差异有统计学意义。结论：磁圆梅针联合甲钴胺治疗能有效改善糖尿病周围神经病变临床症状,且磁圆梅针循经叩刺易于操作、无创,具有一定的临床应用价值。

Clinical Observation of Tap Therapy of Magnetic Round Plum Needle Along Meridians on Patients With Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

Objective ：To observe curative effect of tap therapy of magnetic round plum needle along meridians on patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods：60 cases of diabetes mellitus complicated with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into methycobal group, magnetic round plum needle group, methycobal combined with magnetic round plum needle treatment group（combined treatment group ）.After administration, total efficiency and changes of nerve conduction velocity of patients were observed.Results ： Compared with methycobal group and magnetic round plum needle group, total efficiency and conduction velocity of sensory nerve of tibial nerve were increased in combined treatment group,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion：Magnetic round plum needle combined with methycobal can effectively improve clinical symptoms of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy, and tap therapy of magnetic round plum needle along meridians has certain clinical value because of its accessibility and noninvasive nature.
