上海市浦东新区周浦医院2007-2010年门诊药房抗高血压药应用情况分析

目的：分析上海市浦东新区周浦医院2007-2010年门诊药房抗高血压药的应用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：对本院2007-2010年门诊药房抗高血压药的用药金额、用药频度（DDDs）和药品日均费用进行排序,对用药金额排序/DDDs排序比值进行分析。结果：本院门诊药房抗高血压药的用药金额逐年提高,钙通道阻滞剂（CCB）和血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂（ARB）在2008-2010年的用药金额最高。用药金额和DDDs最高的均为氨氯地平。结论：本院抗高血压药应用基本合理,长效抗高血压药是目前抗高血压治疗的主要药物。

Utilization of antihypertensive drugs in the outpatient pharmacy of Zhoupu Hospital of Shanghai Pudong New District from 2007 to 2010

Objective：To analyze the utilization of antihypertensive drugs in the outpatient pharmacy of Zhoupu Hospital of Shanghai Pudong New District,so as to provide reference for rational use of drugs in clinics.Methods： Consumption sum,frequency of medication（DDDs） and daily dose cost（DDC） of all the antihypertensive drugs in the outpatient pharmacy of the hospital from 2007 to 2010 were ranked in order,and the order of consumption sum to DDDs was analyzed.Results： The consumption sum of antihypertensive drugs in the outpatient pharmacy increased year by year,with the consumption sum of calcium channel blockers（CCB） and angiotensin Ⅱ receptor blockers（ARB） being the highest from 2008 to 2010.Amlodipine ranked the highest both in consumption sum and DDDs.Conclusion： The utilization of antihypertensive drugs in the hospital is generally rational and long-acting antihypertensive drugs are the main drugs currently used for the treatment of hypertension.
