| 摘 要： | 目的 报道内窥镜下经鼻腔蝶窦人路切除垂体腺瘤31例，探讨手术优缺点、适应证、禁忌证及并发症。方法 采用内窥镜经鼻腔开放蝶窦、鞍底，在直视下切除垂体腺瘤。结果 31例患者肿瘤均在内窥镜下全切除，无手术死广及严重并发症，术后患者视力视野均有明显好转。结论 内窥镜下经鼻腔蝶窦人路切除垂体腺瘤是安全、简便和有效的方法，适合于蝶窦发育良好的垂体腺瘤切除。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the advantages, disadvantages, indications, contraindications and complications by means of reporting 31 patients with the pituitary adenomas who accepted transnasal-transsphenoidal endoscopic surgery. Methods Sphenoid sinus and sellae diaphragma were exposed by nasal cavity with help of endoscopy, and then the pituitary adenomas were removed orthoptically. Results The tumors of 31 cases were endoscopically removed completely without severe complications and death happening, and the visual acuity and visual field were improved apparently. Conclusion Transnasal-transsphenoidal endoscopic surgery of pituitary adenomas is a safe, simply and effective method suitable to resect the pituitary adenoma with full-grown sphenoid sinus. |
