特定人群结核病防治健康促进效果评价

目的探索运用健康促进和健康教育手段,提高特定人群如结核病患者、可疑病人及其家属对结核病知识的掌握,从而进一步推动全市结核病发现率的提高。方法通过对病人、转诊可疑病人及其家属实施结核病防治知识健康教育,以医务人员与患者实施面对面知识教育、入户提供宣传资料为主要形式,建立结核病人健康教育工作制度。结果全市新发涂阳肺结核病登记率从2003年的22.7/10万上升到2004年的33.9/10万,增长了49%;转诊到位率从2003年的44%上升到2004年的85%,增长了93%,在外地治疗的病人及时回海宁接受归口治疗。结论对特定人群开展结核病防治知识健康促进,是提高肺结核病人到位率和病人发现率的有效手段和形式,对推动结核病项目工作水平起着十分重要的作用。

Effectiveness evaluation of the health promotion of tuberculosis prevention and control to the specifical population

Objective To explore the way of raise the tuberculosis knowledge of the specifical public such as tuberculosis patients,suspicious persons and their relatives by health promotion and health education and raise the discovering rate of tuberculosis.Methods Through health promotion and health education by propagandistic manual and face to face conversing between doctors and patients,the health promotion and health education system was established.ResultsThe new tuberculosis registration rate of smear positive case climbed up to 33.9/100,000 at 2004 from 22.7/100,000 at 2003 which increased nearly 49%.In the other hand,the rate of transfer-treatment enlarged to 85% at 2004,comparing with 44% at 2003,there was a 93% jump.The patients who had their treatments in other parts of country received the local treatments right way.Conclusion Owe to carrying health promotion and health education of tuberculosis knowledge to the specially public,the transfer-treatment and discovering rate are effectively raised.It is very important to raise the level of the tuberculosis control project.
