| 摘 要： | 目的：建立银翘伤风胶囊中牛蒡苷的含量测定方法。方法：采用Diamonsil^TM（钻石）C18色谱柱（200mm×4．6mm，5μm），以甲醇-水（45：55）为流动相，流速1．0ml·min，检测波长为280nm。结果：牛蒡苷在0．96～7．71μg范围内线性关系良好，r=0．9999，平均加样回收率为100．3％，RSD=0．81％（n=6）。结论：该检测方法简便、准确、重复性好，适合于银翘伤风胶囊中牛蒡苷的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective： To establish an HPLC method for the determination of the arctiin in Yinqiaoshangfeng capsule. Method：The DiamonsilTM C18 column （ 200mm × 4.6mm, 5 μm） was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water （45 ： 55 ）, flow rate was 1.0ml· min^-1, and the detection wavelength was set at 280nm. Result： The good linear range of arctiin was 0.96 - 7.71 μg （ r = 0.999 9）. The average recovery was 100.3 % , and the RSD was 0. 81% （ n = 6 ）. Conclusion ： The method is simple, fast and repro-ducible, and suitable for the quality control of Yinqiaoshangfeng capsule. |
