糖尿病患者骨代谢的变化

摘    要:检测85例糖尿病患者以及82名正常人骨密度(BMD)结果显示,糖尿病组与正常组BMD有显著差异(P<0.05),其改变与性别、年龄有关,女性较男性多见,年龄越大下降越明显。BMD改变与血糖水平无明显负相关(γ=-0.095,P>0.05)。BMD改变与病程长短亦无明显负相关(γ=-0.244,P>0.05)。糖尿病组血钙、磷检测均在正常范围,61.1%血镁下降,22.4%血AKP升高。

Abstract:The bone density (BMD) from 85 diabetics and 82 normal subjects was measured. The result shows that the BMD from diabetic group reduced more evidently (P<0.05) than that from normal group. The change was related to sex and age. It was more frequent in female than in male. The older the pa- tient was,the more remarkable the reduction would be. There was no negative interrelationship between BMD and blood glucose (r=-0.095, P>0.05). Nor it was with those between BMD and disease course (r=-0.244, P>0.05). The result of the detection of diabetic group in blood Ca and P was within normal level. The blood Mg dropped by 61.1%, blood AKP rose by 22.4%.
