高压氧综合治疗小儿颅脑损伤

摘    要:目的:动态观察高压氧(HBO)综合治疗小儿重型闭合性颅脑损务的临床效果。方法:将48例脑损伤患儿随机分为2组,HBO组26例,外科常规治疗加康复治疗和HBO治疗,对照组22例,外科常规治疗加康复治疗,于治疗后20、30和40d时用小儿格拉斯哥昏迷量表(GCS)评价损伤程度,40d后格拉斯哥预后量表(GOS)评价预后,结果2组治疗40d后,HBO组GCS及GOS评分均较对照组改变明显(P<0.05)。结论小儿颅脑损伤及早的HBO综合治疗效果明显优于常规治疗方法,治疗效果用康复指标评价,结果较完善、统一,对HBO疗效用统一标准评价具有重要意义。

Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) in the comprehensive treatment of infantile severe closed craniocerebral injury. Methods Forty eight children with craniocerebral injury were divided into HBO treatment group receiving surgical routine treatment plus rehabilitation and HBO and 22 served as control group receiving surgical treatment plus rehabilitation. 20, 30, and 40 days after treatment, GCS was used to evaluate the severity of the injury. 40 days after treatment GOS was used to evaluate the prognosis. Results GCS and GOS scores in the HBO treatment group were changed obviously as compared with those in the control group ( P <0 05). Conclusion The effects of earlier HBO comprehensive therapy for infantile craniocerebral injury were obviously superior to those of routine treatments. The efficacy was evaluated by rehabilitation parameters with a uniform results, which was of important for HBO efficacy by united criterion.
