临床护士职业生涯不同阶段的规划与管理探讨

摘    要:目的:探讨临床护士职业生涯不同阶段的规划与管理的方法。方法:以美国著名人力资源管理专家加里·德斯勒提出的职业生涯发展理论为基点,结合临床护理专业的实际,将临床护士职业生涯的发展分为职业确定、稳步发展,职业中期危机和维持4个阶段,并结合各阶段护士心理契约的特点,阐述了各个不同阶段职业生涯的规划与管理策略。结果:护士职业生涯不同阶段的规划与管理不仅有利于护士找准自已的人生目标,尽快成才,还能促进护士的全面发展与提高。结论:现代护理管理中,应加强护士职业生涯的规划与管理,促进护士职业生涯规划目标的实现和提高组织绩效。
