| 摘 要： | 目的评价增效酮康唑滴眼液治疗外伤后真菌性角膜溃疡的临床效果。方法治疗组应用0．8％增效酮康唑滴眼液治疗68例68眼；对照组应用0．3％二性霉素B滴眼液治疗40例40眼。每日或隔日行裂隙灯及荧光素染色检查。结果治疗组痊愈率为41．18％，总有效率为88．24％。对照组痊愈率为20％，总有效率为60％。两组治疗效果差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论增效酮康唑滴眼液治疗角膜治疗外伤后真菌性感染，临床效果是肯定的。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of synergic ketoconzole drops treating the traumatic fungal corneal ulcer.Methods(Treatment group was) 68 cases(68 eyes) treated with 0.8% syergic(ketoconazole) drops.Control group was 40 cases(40 eyes) treated with 0.3% amphoteericin drops.Slit-lamp examination and fluorescent staining were done every day or at a day intervals.Results Curative and effectual rate were respectively 41.80%,88.24% in treatment group and 20.00%,60.00% correspondingly in control group.The statistical analysis showed significant difference(P<0.01)in two groups. Conclusions(Synergic ketoconazole) drops can cure the traumatic keratomuycosis effectively. |
