针刺配合牵引治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床观察

目的观察针刺配合牵引治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的疗效。方法将120例患者随机分为针刺颈牵组和药物颈牵组各60例,治疗1个月后观察两组临床疗效及治疗前后椎动脉内径和血流变化。结果与结论针刺颈牵组有效率为100%,药物颈牵组有效率为66.7%,两组疗效比较针刺颈牵组优于药物颈牵组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后椎动脉狭窄均有改善(P<0.05),但针刺颈牵组改善更显著(P<0.05);针刺颈牵组治疗后椎动脉左右各段最大血流速度减慢得以改善(P<0.001),而药物颈牵组治疗后则无改善(P>0.05)。

Clinical Observations on Treatment of Cervical Spondylopathy of Vertebral Artery Type by Acupuncture plus Traction

Objective To investigate the efficacy of acupuncture plus traction in treating cervical spondylopathy of vertebral artery type.Methods One hundred and twenty patients were randomly allocated to acupuncture plus neck traction and medication plus neck traction groups,60 cases each.The clinical curative effects and differences in vertebroarterial inner diameter and flow between pretreatment and posttreatment were evaluated in both groups after one month's treatment.Results and conclusion The efficacy rate was 100% in the acupuncture plus neck traction group and 66.7% in the medication plus neck traction group.A comparison of the curative effects between the two groups showed that it was significantly better in the acupuncture plus neck traction group than in the medication plus neck traction group(P<0.05).Vertebroarterial stenosis improved in both group of patients after treatment(P<0.05) but significantly more in the acupuncture plus neck traction group(P<0.05).After treatment maximum blood velocity in right and left vertebroarterial segments significantly decreased in the acupuncture plus neck traction group(P<0.001) but not in the medication plus neck traction group(P>0.05).
