| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种用于宫腔内授精（ＩＵＩ）的高活力精子分离方法一单次上游单次离心法，活性精子提取率为（１９．９±６．３）％，其中，ａ精子提取率为（３２．０±１３．８）％。提取的精子悬液中，ａ精子率为（８３．８±５．５）％。精子活动率约９５％，畸形精子率下降了６个百分点。应用上述方法进行精子分离对２７对男性少、弱、畸精子症致不育夫妇进行了４０个周期的ＩＵＩ治疗，妊娠率（ＰＧＲ）２０％。ＩＵＩ中精子数量超过６×１０＿６，ＰＧＲ为３２％，而不足６×１０＿６者无一例妊娠（Ｐ＜０．０５）。

| Abstract: | The study reports a one swimming- up one centrifgation method and its application in intrauterine insemination (IUI )for the treatment. of male infertility. with this approach , the active sperm collection rate was ( 1 9. 9 ±6 . 3 ) % and it was ( 32. 0 ±1 3. 8 )% in the a - sperm collection from semen . The actiuity rate of sperms was about 95% in which the a-sperm rate was(83. 8±5. 5)% ,and the teratozoosperm rate dropped by 6% in the collection . The preynant rate was 20 % when the method was employed in the IUI treatment of 27 couples of infertility caused by oligoasthenoteratozoospermia in a course of 40 menstrual cycles. The PGR was 32% when the sperms in IUI were over 6 million while it was nothing (P<0. 05 ) in the study when the sperms were under 6 millon. |
