| Abstract: | In order to advance the discipline construction in TCM,the author will expatiate on the problem of cultivation of talents echelon and the status and function of the leader in the discipline construction. It is pointed out that the culture of talents echelon is one of the three key factors in discipline construction,is the important guarantee for realizing the target of the disciplinary development,and is the vital supportive power to hold the stability,advancement of the investigation direction;Secondly,I will in this article discuss the admin istrative levels and function of talents echelon,define the necessary quality,culture approach,and the necessary function of the leader. Only by this way,TCM can be carried forward further. |
