血必净对1型糖尿病患者血浆中COX-2的影响

目的：通过检测中成药血必净对1型糖尿病患者血浆中COX-2的影响,了解血必净对1型糖尿病的疗效和对肾损害的保护机制。方法：收入46例1型糖尿病患者,随机分为两组,治疗组（26例）,胰岛素治疗基础上加用中成药血必净注射液静脉滴注;对照组（20例）,仅用胰岛素常规治疗。两组均连续治疗7天。以ELISA法检测治疗前、治疗后第3天、治疗后第8天外周血浆中COX-2的含量。结果：治疗组患者血浆中COX-2水平在治疗前、治疗后第3天与对照组无统计学差异,治疗后第8天明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：中成药血必净能减少1型糖尿病患者血浆COX-2水平,提示其对1型糖尿病的疗效和对肾损害保护作用的机制可能是与减少COX-2等表达有关。

Effects of Xuebijing on Blood Plasma COX-2 in Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus Patients

Objective：To observe the effects of xuebijing on blood plasma COX-2 and therapeutic effect in type 1 diabetes mellitus patients,and observe the protected mechanism of xuebijing on damage of kidney.Methods：46 type 1 diabetes mellitus patients were divided into two groups：trial group had 26 patients,were treated with insulin and xuebijing.Control group had 20 patients,were treated with insulin.Two groups were treated for 7 days.The contents of blood plasma COX-2 were monitored before treatment and the third day、the eighth day after treatment respectively by ELISA.Results：The levels of blood plasma COX-2 before treatment and the third day in trial group compare with control group makes no difference（P〉0.05）,but is significantly lower the eighth day after treatment than before treatment and the third day treatment（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Xuebijing can reduce the levels of blood plasma COX-2 in type 1 diabetes mellitus patients.These results may be parts of the mechanisms of therapeutic effect in type 1 diabetes mellitus patients and the protected mechanism on damage of kidney.
