| 摘 要： | 目的：应用电视腹腔镜技术治疗腹部闭合性损伤．方法：腹部闭合性损伤３７例，在全麻、腹腔镜下作诊断和治疗．结果：３７例均在腹腔镜下明确诊断并进行治疗．其中１１例出血已停止，９例镜下止血成功，６例行腹腔镜脾切除术．免除剖腹手术共２６例，占７０．３％．结论：电视腹腔镜应用于腹部闭合性损伤是可行的，且中转腹腔穿刺、腹腔灌洗及剖腹探查更为有利．

| Abstract: | Aim: Using a TV laparoscope to treat closed abdominal wound patients. Methods: After general anesthesia, the patients were diagnosed and treated by a TV laparoscope. Results: Introperitoneal bleeding stopped in 11 cases before treatment. Bleeding was successfully treated under the laparoscope in 9 cases. Splenectomy was performed under the laparoscope in 6 cases, and celiotomy was avoided in 26 patients which was supposedly inevitable if the laparoscope had not been used. Conclusion: A laparoscope is useful in treating closed abdominal wound. It is superior to abdominal paracentesis, peritoneal lavage and exploratory celiotomy. |
