| 摘 要： | 本文报道了吲哚美辛脂质体制备方法，建立了紫外分光光度法测定吲哚美辛的含量，方法的平均回收率为１０１．５％，变异系数０．７１％。考察了不同ｐＨ值对吲哚美辛脂质体稳定性的影响。结果表明所制备的吲哚美辛脂质体在ｐＨ５．５最稳定。

| Abstract: | This article reports the preparation of indomethacin liposome(IDM-L) and a method measuring IDM by UV spectrophotometer with an average recovery of 101.5%(coefficient of variation: 0.72%,n=5).The effect of pH values on the chemical stability of IDM-L is also investigated.The results obtained indicate that pH value is an important factor affecting the chemical stability of IDM-L and the best pH value is pH5.5. |
