大隐静脉曲张高位结扎加静脉腔内激光治疗35例临床治疗体会

目的：探讨大隐静脉曲张高位结扎加静脉腔内激光治疗的临床效果。方法：对本院2008年1月～2009年10月采用大隐静脉高位结扎加激光治疗的下肢静脉曲张35例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：所有患者均一次性手术成功,未出现明显并发症。1年内随访亦未出现血管再通病例。结论：大隐静脉曲张腔内激光治疗加高位结扎临床疗效肯定,效果满意。给患者增强了对本病治疗的信心。

Clinical experience of 35 patients with great saphenous vein high ligation and endovenous laser treatment

Objective：To explore clinical effects of great saphenous vein high ligation and endovenous laser treatment.Methods：The clinical data of 35 patients with great saphenous vein high ligation of varicose veins laser treatment were analyzed retrospectively from January 2008 to October 2009.Results：All patients had a successful one-time operation and no obvious complications.1 year follow-up cases of recanalization had not occurred.Conclusion：Endovenous laser treatment of saphenous vein ligation increases the clinical efficacy of positive results are satisfactory.The patients are increased confidence in the treatment of this disease.
