膀胱移行细胞癌环氧合酶-2表达与肿瘤微血管生成的关系

摘    要:目的 探讨环氧合酶-2(COX-2)及微血管密度(MVD)与膀胱移行细胞癌生物学行为的关系及其临床意义.方法 采用免疫组织化学SP法对103例膀胱移行细胞癌、21例慢性膀胱炎、13例正常膀胱组织标本中COX-2进行检测,同时对上述标本中微血管进行计数.结果 膀胱移行细胞癌组织COX-2阳性表达率70.9%(73/103),慢性膀胱炎及正常膀胱组织COX-2表达均为阴性.低分化、浸润性、有淋巴转移以及复发癌组织中COX-2阳性表达率显著高于对应组(P<0.05).103例膀胱移行细胞癌组织中MVD为36.57±10.12,并与COX-2表达正相关(P<0.05),但COX-2表达及MVD与肿瘤的数量、大小无明显相关(P>0.05).结论 COX-2表达在膀胱移行细胞癌的发生、发展、转移及复发过程中起重要作用.膀胱移行细胞癌COX-2表达与肿瘤间质微血管的形成密切相关.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the role of cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) and microvascular density (MVD) in the tumorigenesis and progression of transitional cell carcinoma of urinary bladder (BTCC), and their clinical significance. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to study COX-2 and the tumor interstitial vascular density in 103 cases of BTCC, 13 cases of normal bladder tissues and 21 cases of chronic cystitis tissues. Results The COX-2 positive expression rate in BTCC was 70.9% (73/103), and that in chronic cystitis and normal bladder tissues was negative. The expression of COX-2 in BTCC was positively correlated to the tumor interstitial vascular density. Both of them were related to the tumor pathologic grade, the invasion of the tumor tissue, the lymphatic metastasis and recurrence of tumor ( P < 0. 05 ), but not related to the tumor size or tumor number ( P > 0. 05 ). Conclusion COX-2 was overexpressed in BTCC and played an important role in oncogenesis, development and recurrence of BTCC.The expression of COX-2 was positively related to the tumor vascularization.
