| 摘 要： | 痹证是中医临床常见病、多发病,病程缠绵,容易复发,目前治疗方法颇多,但效果不甚满意。笔者１９９８年起,用中药熏蒸法治疗痹证３６４例,取得了良好效果。１ 临床资料本组３６４例中,男性１４８例,女性２１６例;年龄最大的８２岁,最小的９岁;病程最长３２年,最短２天。其中风湿性关节炎１１２例,颈椎病６４例,肩周炎２１例,骨质增生症１０３例,腰椎间盘突出症３８例,其他２６例。２ 治疗方法２－１ 中药制备 中药选川乌、草乌、细辛、防风、透骨草、鸡血藤、威灵仙、桂枝、木瓜、苍术、红花、川芎、牛膝、赤芍、全蝎各…

| Abstract: | Observation was made to see the curative effect of herbal fumigation and steaming on Bi syndrome. Herbs were chosen with the function of expelling wind and removing pain to treat 364 patients with Bi syndrome. After 3 to 30 times of treatment, 42 cases were cured clinically, 315 improved, and 7 remained ineffective with the total effective rate amounting to 98.08%. It is concluded that herbal fumigation and steaming therapy is an effective way to treat Bi syndrome with less damage for the gastro intestinal tract. |
