摘    要:目的探讨影响甲状腺术后引流口粘连的因素。方法对同一手术组甲状腺术后放置引流的173例患者6个因素进行回顾性分析。采用单因素(P≤0.05)进行非条件Logistic回归分析。结果 173例患者引流口粘连率28.3%(49/173),其中轻度36.7%(18/49),中度59.2%(29/49),重度4.1%(2/49)。引流物、引流物放置部位等因素在不同组间粘连率差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。多因素分析提示引流口粘连与引流物显著关联。结论甲状腺术后引流口粘连与多种因素有关,而引流物是其中的重要因素。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the risk factors related to adhesion of drainage hole after thyroidectomy.Methods One hundred and seventy-three patients,including 23 males and 150 females with a median age of 47(19~75),underwent thyroidectomy with postoperative drainage in the 1st Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical College from January 2007 to August 2009.The factors related to the drainage hole adhesion were analyzed by non-conditional logistic regression.Results Among 173 patients the adhesion rate of drainage hole was 28.3%(49/173),of which mild adhesion accounted for 36.7%(18/49),moderate 59.2%(29/49) and severe 4.1%(2/49).The drainage material and drainage placement site were significantly associated with the adhesion(P〈0.05),and multivariate analysis showed that adhesion of drainage hole was significantly associated with drainage material.Conclusion Adhesion of drainage hole after thyroidectomy is related to a variety of factors,while the drainage material is an independent risk factor.
