利用提上睑肌腱膜治疗先天性上睑下垂

目的:利用提上睑肌腱膜矫正先天性上睑下垂。方法:经上睑皮肤切口,剪开眼轮匝肌暴露睑板。向上牵开切口,剪开眶膈,露出眶内脂肪,将其钩开,暴露提上睑肌腱膜,在睑板与腱膜之间褥式缝合3针,使上睑缘上升到上方角膜缘。结果:20眼(76.9%)术后矫正满意,1眼(3.8%)过度矫正,5眼(19.2%)矫正不足。术后未发生严重并发症。结论:利用提上睑肌腱膜这种术式适用于轻度和中度先天性上睑下垂病例。

The Clinical Application of Uplifting the Upper Eyelid Aponeurosis on Innateness Ptosis

Objective: To explore the therapy of uplifting the upper eyelid aponeurosis on innateness ptosis.Method: Via the incision on the upper eyelid skin,orbicular muscle was cut to show the tarsi.Uplift the incision and cut the orbit to show the fat inside;then hook the fat and expose the upper eyelid aponeurosis;3 needles of mattress suture were put between the tarsi and aponeurosis,to lift the upper eyelid edge to the upper cornea edge.Result: 20 eyes(76.9 per cents) got satisfied effects;one eye(3.8 per cents) was overcorrected;5 eyes(19.2 per cents) were under-corrected.There was no serious postoperative complication.Conclusion: The operation of uplifting the upper eyelid aponeurosis is suitable for the management of mild and moderate innateness ptosis.
