| 摘 要： | 目的:观察不同疗程含左氧氟沙星方案治疗煤工尘肺合并肺结核复治病例的疗效。方法:分别采用6SHRZV/12HRE与3SHRZV/9HRE方案分别治疗51例和50例煤工尘肺合并肺结核复治病例,观察治疗6个月及疗程结束后痰菌阴转率和疗程结束后X线胸片改变。结果:采用6SHRZV/12HRE治疗组疗程结束后痰菌阴转率为92.2%,明显优于3SHRZV/9HRE方案治疗组的78%(P<0.05),疗程结束时胸片好转情况亦明显优于3SHRZV/9HRE方案治疗组(P<0.05)。结论:复治煤工尘肺结核可应用6SHRZV/12HRE方案,不宜采用12个月或少于12个月方案。
