免疫口服液对小鼠中性粒细胞免疫功能的影响

摘    要:目的探讨免疫口服液对正常小鼠和免疫抑制小鼠中性粒细胞免疫功能的影响。方法免疫口服液组(第1组)小鼠用免疫口服液15g/kg(生药)灌胃10天;免疫抑制对照组(第2组)小鼠用CTX100mg/kg腹腔内注射3天;免疫抑制实验组(第3组)小鼠除用CTX外,用免疫口服液15g/kg(生药)灌胃10天;正常对照组(第4组)小鼠用0.3ml生理盐水灌胃10天。检测各组小鼠白细胞数、中性粒细胞游走功能和吞噬功能。结果免疫口服液对正常小鼠中性粒细胞免疫功能无显著影响(P>0.05),但能显著抵抗CTX对小鼠的免疫抑制作用,能增加白细胞数(P<0.05)、促进中性粒细胞游走(P<0.05)并增强其吞噬功能(P<0.01)。结论免疫口服液对正常小鼠的中性粒细胞免疫功能无显著影响,但能抵抗CTX对小鼠中性粒细胞免疫功能的抑制作用,并增强中性粒细胞的游走和谷噬功能。

Abstract:Objective To Investigate the immunologic syrup on the immunologic function of neutrophil in normal and immunosuppressed mice. Methods Mice in the immunologic syrup group (group 1) were orally given immunologic syrup 15g/kg (crude drugs) for 10 days; the mice in the immunosuppressed group (group 2) received CTX 100mg/kg, intraperitoneal injection, for 3 days; the mice in the immunosuppressed experimental group were orally taken 15g/kg (crude drugs) for 10 days, except for CTX (group 3); the mice in the normal control group (group 4) were orally taken 0.3% normal saline for 10 days. The leukocyte count, the neutrophil migration function and the phagocytic power were detected. Results The immunologic syrup is ineffective on the neutrophil immunologic function in normal mice (P>0.05), but it can obviously resist the immunosuppression induced by CTX and can improve the leukocyte count (P<0.05), promote the phagocytic power (P<0.01). Conclusion Immunologic syrup does not affect the neutrophil immunologic function in normal mice, but it can resist the immunosuppression induced by CTX in the mouse neutrophil and can promote the neutrolphil migration and phagocytic function.
