联用果糖参麦注射液治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期合并心肌损害的疗效观察

目的观察联用果糖和参麦注射液治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)急性加重期合并心肌损害的疗效。方法将63例COPD急性加重期合并心肌损害病人随机分为两组,对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联用丹参、果糖和参麦注射液治疗,比较两组症状、体征、心电图和心肌酶学恢复时间。结果观察组主要症状、体征的改善时间及心率、心电图、心肌酶的恢复时间均较对照组显著缩短(P<0.01)。观察组总有效率80.0%,显效率为53.3%,均明显高于对照组的54.5%、21.2%(P<0.01)。结论联用果糖和参麦注射液对急性加重期COPD合并心肌损害病人疗效满意。

Effects of Fructose- 1 ,6- diphosphate Combined with Shenmai Injection on Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Accompaning Myocardial Injury

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Fructose-1,6-diphosphate(FDP) combined with Shenmai injection for acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (AECOPD) myocardial injury. Methods Sixty-three patients with AECOPD admitted from were randomly divided into two groups: FDP and Shenmai injection group(n=30) and conventional therapy group(n=33).Recovery time of patients' symptom, electrocardiogram and myocardial enzyme were observed.Results The markedly effective rate(53.3%) and total effective rate(80.0%) were hinher in the treatment group than that in the control group(21.2% and 54.5%,P<0.05 or P<0.01). Compared with the control group, the treatment group had shorter recovery time of heart rate, electrocardionram, myocardial enzyme that. Conclusion Treatment of AECOPD myocardial injury by FDP combined with Shenmai injection showed satisfactory clinical effects.
