腹针配合艾灸治疗强直少动型帕金森病30例疗效观察

目的：观察腹针配合艾灸治疗强直少动型帕金森痛的临床疗效。方法：收集本院2006年11月-2007年7月60例强直少动型帕金森病患者，随机分为两组，每组30例。治疗组30例采用腹针结合艾灸的针灸方法加关多巴片治疗，对照组㈤例采用芙多巴片治疗，疗程均为3月。观察2组治疗前后帕金森病评定量表（UPDRS评分）中各项积分情况及进步率。结果：总进步率治疗组为90．0％、对照组为83.3％（P〉0．05）。但日常活动积分差值、总分差值治疗组较对照组改善明显（P〈0.05）；精神、行为和情绪、运动功能、并发症积分差值两组比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：腹针配合艾灸方法配合关多巴片较单纯传统关多巴片治疗强直少动型帕金森病临床效果好。

Abdominal Acupuncture plus Moxibustion for Treatment of Parkinson Disease Rigidity in 30 Patients

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of abdominal acupuncture plus moxibustion for treatment of Parkinson disease rigidity. Methods： Sixty patients with Parkinson Disease rigidity registered to Guangdong Provincial TCM Hospital between November 2006 and July 2007 were recruited. The patients were randomized into the treatment group （n=30） to receive abdominal acupuncture plus moxibustion as add-on therapy of Madopa, or the control group （n= 30） to receive Madopa alone over a 3-month period. Changes in Unified Parkinson Disease Rating Scale （UPDRS） scores and rate of overall improvement were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results： After treatment, overall improvement was found in 90.0% of patients in the treatment group vs 83,3% in the control group （P〉 0.05）, with greater change from baseline in UPDRS total and daily activity scores found for the treatment group （P〈 0.05）, There were no significant differences between two groups （P〉0.05） in UPDRS spirits, behaviors ＆ mood, movement function and complication scores from baseline. Conclusion： Abdominal acupuncture plus moxibustion as an add-on therapy to Madopa appears to provide additional benefits for patients with Parkinson Disease rigidity.
