| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨术后早期炎性肠梗阻的临床特点和治疗方法。方法 分析 6 8例术后早期炎性肠梗阻的临床特点及治疗。结果 6 0例术后早期炎性肠梗阻发生于术后 1周内 ,保守治疗 6 4例 ,肠梗阻缓解时间 1- 6周 ,平均 12 .2d ,手术治疗 4例。结论 对术后早期炎性肠梗阻应先行 4 - 6周保守治疗 ,过期无缓解再行手术 ,这样可避免不必要的手术并减少术后并发症

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of early postoperative inflammatory ileus (EPII). Methods Clinical data of 68 cases with EPII were analyzed retrospectively. Results Intestinal obstruction occured within the first week after operation in 58cases. Remission was achieved in 64 patients within 1-6 weeks (mean 12.2 days) by conservative treatment. 4 cases were operated on. Conclusions 4-6 week conservative treatment is necessary for all patients with EPII before obstruction-relieving operation is considered. This protocol can avoid unnecessary operation and reduce postoperatiave complications. |
