奥曲肽和垂体后叶素治疗静脉曲张破裂出血的应用对比

本文总结了食管静脉曲线破裂出血１９５例，用奥曲肽（善得定，Ｓａｎｄｏｓｔａｔｉｎ）治疗９５例，垂体后叶素治疗１００例。结果显示：奥曲肽组止血率为６８．４２％，明显优于垂体后叶素组（５２％）（Ｐ＜０．０５），再出血发生率分别为１７．８９％和３７％，急诊手术率分别为２４．２１％和３０％，死亡率为７．３６％和１８％，副作用的发生率为８．４２％和４３％，表明奥曲肽是治疗食管静脉曲张破裂出血的有效药物。尤其对肝功能差、年老体弱、有重要脏器疾患、出血量大、手术高危的病人，能降低急诊手术率和死亡率。

Compared study with octreotide and pituitrin in the treatment of patients with esophageal varicose bleeding

Compared with octreotide and pituitrin,95 patients with esophageal varicose bleeding were treated with octreotide,and 100 patients with pituitrin.The results showed that octreotide arrested varicose bleeding in 68.42% patients,higher than pituitrin did in 52% ( P < 0.01 ),the re bleeding rate in the patients with octreotide was 17.89% ,much lower than that of pituitrin;mortality and surgery rate were 7.36% and 24.21% ,much lower than that of pituitrin ( P < 0.01 ),and octreotide produced complications in 8.42% ,much lower than that of pituitrin ( P < 0.01 ).We conclude that octreotide is an effective drug in the treatment of patients with esophageal varicose bleeding.
