| Abstract: | Through strictly selecting the doctor in charge, our hospital has gradually perfect the medical service model of responsibility system for doctor in charge.The new model has not only greatly satisfied the patient's demand but also cultivated many young specialists, at the same time boosted the construcation of subject and enhanced the hospital benefit. |
