TORCH感染与自然流产相关性分析

目的　探讨TORCH系列病原体感染与自然流产的关系。方法　对 94例有自然流产史的和 50例无自然流产史的妇女 ,应用ELISA法检测血清中特异性TORCH系列IgG和IgM。 结果　观察组 94例中TORCH阳性 77例 ,检出率 81 .91 % ,而对照组仅8例阳性 ,检出率 1 6 % ,两组间差异有显著性。IgG阳性率分别是 :TOX 1 2 .8% ,RUV 2 0 .2 % ,CMV 39.4% ,HSV -Ⅱ 1 4 .9%。IgM阳性率分别是 :TOX 1 8.1 % ,RUV 2 4 .5 % ,CMV 41 .5 % ,HSV -Ⅱ 1 8.1 %。感染两种或两种以上TORCH病原体的 31例 ,占感染总数的40 .2 6 %。结论　TORCH感染与自然流产密切相关 ,对胎儿的危害程度与母亲的感染状况和孕龄有关 ,因此有必要对孕妇进行TORCH系列病原体的检测

ANALYSIS OF TH E RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN REPRODUCTION CONGENITAL TORCH INFECTION AND SPONTANEOUS ABORTION

Objective To study the relationship between spontaneous abortion and TORCH infection (Toxoplasma, Other, Rubella virus, Cytomegalo virus, Herpes simplex virus-II). Methods 94 serum samples from the patients with histories of spontaneous abortion and 50 from women without histories of spontaneous abortion were collected. Special IgG and IgM were measured by using the Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results TORCH infections were detected in 77 samples with spontaneous abortion compared with 5 in control, showing a statistical difference between the two groups (P<0.05). The positive rates of IgG detected were: TOX 12.8%, RUV 20.2%, CMV 39.4%, HSV-II 14.9%. The positive rates of IgM detected were: TOX 18.1%, RUV 24.5%, CMV 41.5%, HSV-II 18.1%. Additionally, infections by 2 or more than 2 TORCH pathogens were found in 31 (40.26%) patients. Conclusion TOCH infection may be closely relevant to spontaneous abortion. The negative effect of TOUCH infection on foetuses was associated with the infected status of the mother and her gestational age. Therefore, it is necessary to perform examinations of TORCH infection series among pregnant women.
