麻黄-附子药对主要有效成分在不同汤方中的含量变化

摘    要:目的:研究麻黄-附子药对主要有效成分在麻黄附子细辛汤及麻黄附子甘草汤中的含量差异,为方剂配伍的科学性提供试验依据.方法:采用HPLC测定汤剂中麻黄-附子药对麻黄的有效成分去甲基伪麻黄碱、去甲基麻黄碱、麻黄碱、伪麻黄碱、甲基麻黄碱及附子的有效成分苯甲酰新乌头原碱、苯甲酰次乌头原碱的含量.结果:药对及2种汤剂中5种麻黄生物碱的含量无显著性差异,附子中的苯甲酰新乌头原碱、苯甲酰次乌头原碱有显著性差异.结论:麻黄-附子药对主要药效成分在不同方剂中含量的差异与其临床应用相关,但具体原因尚不明确.
