| 摘 要： | 目的观察潜阳化瘀方对肝阳上亢视网膜静脉阻塞的临床疗效。方法将确诊为肝阳上亢视网膜静脉阻塞患者93人（93只眼）按就诊先后给予潜阳化瘀方治疗，30天为1疗程，连续3个疗程。观察治疗前后远视力、眼底出血及中医症状积分的情况。结果患者对数视力由治疗前3．68±0．78增进到4．27±0．364（P〈0．01）；眼底出血由治疗前4．178±0．146减少到2．731±0．236（P〈0．05）；全身症状改善总有效率81．7％（P〈0．05）。结论潜阳化瘀方治疗肝阳上亢视网膜静脉阻塞有一定的治疗作用。

| Abstract: | OBJECIIVE To observe the clinical effect of Qianyang Huayu Formula（潜阳化瘀方）on Ganyangshangkang（肝阳上亢）patients of Retinal Vein Occlusion（RVO） .METHODS All the 93 cases of RVO were given Qianyang Huayu Formula for 3 courses, 30 days as a course of treatment. The following clinical indexes of curative effect were observed before and after treatment ： vision, fundus hemorrhage and the multiple scores of manifestation of TCM. RESULTS After the therapy, the logarithm vision was improved from 3.68 ± 0.78 to 4.27 ±0.364 （p 〈 0.001 ） ; Fundus hemorrhage was reduced from 4. 178 ± 0. 146to 2.731 ± 0.236（p 〈 0.05） ; Effective rate was 81.7 %. （p 〈 0.05） in TCM. CONCLUSIONS Qianyang Huayu Formula had a certain effect on RVO. |
