摘    要:本文观察了1,6-二磷酸果糖(FDP)对病毒性心肌炎患儿血中脂质过氧化物(LPO)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的影响。结果显示病毒性心肌炎患儿血中LPO高于正常对照组,SOD则低于正常对照组。与10%葡萄糖静点组对照FDP治疗可显著降低LPO水平,但不伴有SOD的明显改变,提示FDP是保护心肌的有效抗氧化剂。

Abstract:The level of plasma lipoperoxidate(LPO)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)was measured in 49 children with viral myocarditis and the effect of fructose 1,6 diphosphate(FDP)on LPO and SOD was investigated.The children were divided into two groups:FDP was given to the treatment group(n=22),10% Glucose to the control group(n=27).The results showed that LPO was higher and the SOD was lower in children with viral myocarditis than in the normal control.Compared with Glucose control group,FDP treatment significantly reduced LPO level but did not increase SOD level.Our findings suggested that FDP was an effective antioxants for cardioprotection.
