便可通治疗阴虚血瘀型功能性便秘的临床研究

目的探讨便可通治疗阴虚血瘀型功能性便秘的临床疗效及对肠动力的可能机制。方法将阴虚血瘀型功能性便秘患者随机分为两组。治疗组 5 3例 ,用便可通片 ;对照组 5 1例 ,用麻仁胶囊 ,连续治疗 1 4d ,随访 1个月。结果治疗组显效率、总有效率分别为 84.91 %、94.3 4%,优于对照组的 5 2 .94%、78.43 %(P<0 .0 1 )。治疗组治疗前后症征积分差值较对照组差值明显增大 (P <0 .0 1 )。停药后随访显示 ,治疗组病、证的临床疗效优于对照组临床疗效 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论便可通是治疗阴虚血瘀型功能性便秘的有效药物

The Therapeutic Effects of Bianketong Tablets on Functional Constipation in the Pattern of Yin Deficiency with Blood Stasis

Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of Bianketong Tablets(BKTT) on functional constipation in the pattern of Yin deiciency with blood stasis.Methods The patients were randomly divided into two groups,with 53 cases in the treating group treated by BKTT and 51 cases in the controlling one treated by Maren Capsule (MRC).The therapies were all lasted for 14 dyas and all the patients were followed up for one month after the therapy.Results The significantly effective rate and the total effective rate were 84.91% and 94.34% respectively for treating group, significantly superior to that of controlling one 52.94 % and 78.43% respectively( P <0.01).The difference of scores for symptoms and signs before and after treatment was also significantly obvious in treating group than in controlling one.During the period of following up,the therapeutic effects was still superior in treating group to that in controlling one ( P < 0.01 ).Conclusion BKTT is effective for the treatment of functional consptipation in the pattern of Yin deficiency with blood stasis.
