472例患者巨细胞病毒感染的分析

目的 :了解人类巨细胞病毒 (CMV)感染与流产、死 (畸 )胎、肾炎、冠心病、糖尿病和婴儿黄疸的关系。方法 :应用酶联免疫吸附试验 (EL ISA)检测 CMV- Ig M抗体 ,对 4 72例患者和 6 0例健康对照者 CMV感染状态进行调查分析。结果 :CMV- Ig M抗体阳性率患者组 17.5 8% (83/472 ) ,对照组 1.6 7% (1/6 0 ) ,两组阳性率比较 ,差异非常显著(χ2 =10 .14 4 ,P<0 .0 1)。结论 :CMV感染与流产、死 (畸 )胎、肾炎、冠心病、糖尿病和婴儿黄疸等疾病的部分患者的发病有关。

Analysis of 472 Patients with Cytomegalovirus Infection

Objective To investigate the cytomegalovirus infection status of 472 patients and 60 health people for studying the correlation between cytomegalovirus infection and patients with abortion、dead fetus(teratism) 、 nephritis、coronary heart disease、diabetes mellitus、infancy jaundice.Methods The IgM antibody against cytomegalovirus was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results The positive rates of IgM anti-CMV antibody in patients and health people were 17.58%(83/472) and 1.67 %(1/60) respectively. There was very significant difference between the patient group and health people group (χ2=10.144,P<0.01).Conclusions There was correlation between cytomegalovirus infection and some patients with abortion、dead fetus( teratism) 、 nephritis、coronary heart disease、diabetes mellitus、infancy jaundice.
