| 摘 要： | 目的：观察鞘内注射氯胺酮／吗啡对大鼠Formalin炎性痛行为学的影响。方法：雄性Wistar大鼠24只，随机分为4组，分别为生理盐水组、吗啡组、氯胺酮组和吗啡＋氯胺酮组，观察大鼠的痛行为反应。结果：与生理盐水组比较，其余三组大鼠痛行为反应均被明显抑制，P〈0．05。结论：在大鼠Formalin炎性痛模型中。吗啡和氯胺酮可以明显抑制大鼠痛行为反应，吗啡和氯胺酮有协同作用。
