缬沙坦治疗老年心力衰竭的疗效观察

目的：观察缬沙坦治疗老年允血性心力衰竭（CHF）的临床疗效。方法：随机对照分析84例用和不用缬沙坦抗心力衰竭治疗6个月的老年CHF患者的临床资料和再入院率。结果：缬沙坦组患者第六个月因心力衰竭再入院率为26．2％．对照组相应期间再入院率为40．5％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗前两组心率（HR）、平均动脉压（MAP）、左室舒张末期内径（LVDd）、左室射血分数（LVEF）、心胸比例（CTR）、69钟步行距离（6-MWT）比较差异无显著性（P〉0．05）。经治疗6个月后，HR、MAP、LVEF、CTR、6-MWT较治疗前明显改善（P〈0．05）。治疗后两组间比较，缬沙坦组LVEF、6-MWT较对照组显著提高，而CTR以及LVDd较对照组显著缩小（P〈0．05）。结论：缬沙坦治疗老年CHF，可以明显降低患者再入院率．改善心功能．减缓心力衰竭的病程发展。

Observation of the curative effect of vasartan in senile congestive heart failure

Objective:To evaluate the clinical curative effect of vasartan in senile patients with congestive heart failure (CHF).Methods:87 patients with CHE were randomly divided into group 1(treatment gorup) and group 2 (control group),with 42 cases in each group.The routine treatment was used in both groups,besides this the group l was added with vasartan for 6 months.The clinical manifestation and frequency readmission were observed after treatment.Results:At the 6th month,the rate of readmission was 26.2% in group l and 40.5% in group 2,with a significant difference between them (P<0.05).The difference was not Significant in HR,mean artery pressure (MAP),LVDd,LVEF Cardjo-thoracic ratio (CTR) and 6-minute walking test (6-MWT) between two groups before treatment.(P>0.05).After 6 months of therapy,there was a significant improvement in HR,MAP,LVEF,CTR and 6-MWT compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,compared with the group 2,LVEF and 6-MWT in the group 1 increased significantly,but CTR and LVDd reduced significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:Vasartan can obviously decrease the rate of readmission,improve the cardiac function and retard the development of congestive heart failure in the treatment of senile congestive heart failure.
