肝脏解剖和手术切除统一名称

目的 国际肝胆胰协会（IHPBA）学术委员会在1998年底组建了一个命名委员会，以解决国际上肝脏解剖和手术切除由于用不同名称所引起的混乱。新统一定名的原则是要求名称在解剖学上正确，解剖和外科手术名称相同，用一组固定系统来命名，容易理解，语言学上正确，容易翻译成另一种语言，精确和简洁。经过18个月的工作，命名委员会的定名提议，获得了IHPBA的接纳，并在200年5月在澳大利亚的布里斯班的世界肝胆胰大会上正式宣布。新名称定名为The Brisbane 2000 Terminology of Liver Anatomy and Resections。在2000年10月25－28日，在中国武汉举行的“第六届全国肝脏外科学术会议”上，肝胆外科专家组决定翻译这组新命名，以便和国际接轨。方法 中国专家组经过12个月工作，用4次问卷调查各专家意见的方法，在求同存异的原则下，终于一致通过了“肝脏解剖和手术切除统一名称”的提议。结果 本文是中国专家组提出的一组统一中文翻释名称，希望这组统一名称在中国得以广泛应用。结论 本文章以IHPBA命名委员会提议的一组肝脏解剖和手术名称的中文翻译名称作起点，经过多次修改和完善，成为这一组完整的中文名称。中国专家组非常希望国内杂志编辑、专家、作者们能接受这组新名称，并且能广泛引用，尽早结束中国在这方面名称的混乱情况。

The unified terminology of liver anatomy and resections

Objective Towards the end of 1998, the Scientific Committee of the International Hepato Pancreato Biliary Association (IHPBA) created a Terminology Committee to deal with the confusion in nomenclature of hepatic anatomy and liver resections. A terminology was sought which was anatomically correct, in which anatomical and surgical terms agree, and which was consistent,self explanatory,linguistically correct,translatable,precise and concise. After 18 months,the Terminology Committee presented a terminology that was accepted by the IHPBA at the World Congress of IHPBA held in May 2000 in Brisbane, Australia. This new terminology was termed The Brisbane 2000 Terminology of Liver Anatomy and Resections. Subsequently,in the Satellite Meeting of the Sixth Meeting of the Chinese Hepatobiliary Surgery Society held in Wuhan, China from 25 th to 28 th October 2000, Chinese hepatobiliary specialists met and decided to form a Committee of Hepatobiliary Specialists to translate the new Terminology. Method The Committee of Hepatobiliary Specialists had worked for 12 months. During this period, four questionnaires were sent to seek for comments and opinions from each of the specialists. After a lot of amendments and improvements, an unanimous agreement was reached amongst the specialists on the Chinese Terminology of Liver Anatomy and Resections. Results The purpose of this paper is to present this Chinese Terminology which was finally arrived at after a long period of discussion by the top hepatobiliary specialists in China. It is hoped that this Terminology can be disseminated and used widely in China, and become the unified terminology of liver anatomy and resections. This terminology will, hopefully, replace the different terminologies of liver anatomy and resections used by different authors in the past which led to confusion. Conclusion The purpose of this paper is to present a new Chinese Terminology of Liver Anatomy and Resections. The starting point of this new terminology was on the translation of the Brishbane 2000 Terminology of Liver Anatomy and Resections. A lot of amendments and improvements were made by a Chinese Committee of Hepatobiliary Specialists subsequently to come up with this Chinese version of Terminology of Liver Anatomy and Resection. The Chinese Committee very much hope that the editors of Chinese medical journals, hepatobiliary specialists and authors will accept this Terminologys. The Chinese Committee also hope that this terminology can be disseminated and used widely in China so that the confusion in Chinese terminology of hepatic anatomy and resections can end as early as possible.
