儿科内科门诊护士心理健康状况调查分析与对策

目的 了解儿科内科门诊护士心理健康状况,针对性地给予应对措施,进一步的提高儿科内科门诊护士的心理健康水平.方法 采用基本情况调查表与症状自评量表(SCL-90)对55名儿科内科门诊护士进行问卷调查,将问卷调查结果进行数据的统计分析.结果 儿科内科门诊护士的心理健康水平低于普通人群,从SCL-90得分情况分析,其躯体化、强迫、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐惧、精神病性、总均分和阳性项目数等9项因子均分明显高于常模(P<0.05);62%～82%感觉多种不适应的心理症状,以躯体障碍、强迫、抑郁、焦虑和敌对最突出.结论应采取相应的对策,缓解门诊工作压力,提高儿科内科门诊护士自身的心理调节能力,促进身心的健康发展,更好地为儿童提供健康服务.

Investigation and treatment of psychological health status in nurses of medical department of pediatrics

Objective To investigate the psychological health status in nurses of medical department of pediatrics，give the treatment solutions，and improve their psychological health status. Methods 55 nurses of medical department of pediatrics were investigated with the SCL-90 Scale and the investigation on basic situation.The results were statistically analyzed. Results The psychological health status in nurses of medical department of pediatrics Was poor than that of the normal. The scores of somatization, obsessive compulsion，depression. anxiety，hostility，phobia，psychosis，the total average score，and the numbers of positive items. etc. were significantly higher than those of the normal(P<0.05).The analysis showed that about 62％~82％nurses of medical department of pediatrics had psychological symptoms，mainly including somatization，obsessive compulsion，depression，anxiety and hostility. Conclusions It is necessary and important to take appropriate treatment for the nurses of medical department of pediatrics. It can reduce the pressure of out. patient work. promote their ability of psychological adjustment，and make their physical and mental health develop healthily. Then they can give the children better medical services.
