提高外科护理学临床见习质量的探讨

摘    要:为巩固课堂教学效果,提高外科护理学整体教学质量,对外科护理学临床见习的教学方式进行改革,采取了启发式、对比式、归纳总结等多种教学手段,取得了良好效果。其主要优点在于,加强理论与实践的紧密联系,激发了学生的学习兴趣和动力,更新了教学理念,变被动见习为主动见习,提高了整体教学质量。

Abstract:In order to strengthen the effect of classroom teaching and improve the holistic teaching quality of surgery nursing, the author reformed the teaching method of surgery nursing clinical probation and adopted teaching methods such as heuristic method, contrastive method and inductive method, which achieved good effect. The main advantages lie in strengthening the connection between theory and practice, evoking students' interest and motivation of study, renewing teaching concept, turning passive clinical probation into active one and improving the holistic teaching quality of surgery nursing.
