| 摘 要： | 目的 研究糖肾平胶囊作用于糖尿病小鼠后基因表达的变化。方法 用高脂高糖饲料诱发C57BL／6J小鼠Ⅱ型糖尿病模型，给予糖肾平胶囊口服后，提取相关靶组织mRNA，与基因芯片进行杂交，经扫描，计算机软件分析后观察基因表达的变化。结果 建立了糖肾平的药理基因表达差异谱。结论 糖肾平胶囊对基因表达的调节与疾病的治疗为正相关。 |

The effects of Tangshen Ping capsules on the gene expression of diabetic mice |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To study the changes of gene expression of diabetic mice administrated with Tangshen Ping capsules.METHODS C57BL/6J mice were fed on conventional diets in fat and sugar to induce NIDDM model. mRNA from target tissue was extracted after oral administration of Tangshen Ping capsules. They were hybridized with Oligomicroarray and screened through the analysis of gene expression profile. RESULTS The charts of pharmacology gene expression difference of Tangshen Ping capsules was established.CONCLUSION The regulation of gene expression and therapy of Tangshen Ping capsules is correlated. |
