急危病人颈外静脉与外周静脉穿刺成功率比较

目的:比较在抢救急危病人时用颈外静脉穿刺或外周静脉穿刺两种方法建立静脉通路的效果,为临床在紧急状态下更快速、更有效地建立静脉给药途径提供实践的理论依据。方法:应用B-D公司Y型头皮留置针18G、20G,对50例急危病人同时采用颈外静脉及外周静脉建立静脉通路。结果:急危病人颈外静脉穿刺成功率高于外周静脉,特别是心血管疾病和晚期癌、恶液质病人效果更明显,颈外静脉靠近心脏,血管管径粗,能满足抢救入液速度。结论:应用颈外静脉留置针穿刺抢救急危病人,能为抢救病人提供及时有效的用药途径,特别是心血管疾病和晚期癌、恶液质病人应用更理想,值得临床推广应用。

Comparison of Success of Paracentesis of External Jugular Vein and Periperal Venous on Emergency

Objective: To compare the effect on creating the venous pass by external jugular vein and peripreral. In order to provid the theory basis for creating the venous pass swifter and effiectiver. Methods: 50 patients were put the two ways together, utilize epicranium permanent sound, Y form, 18G, 20G, the B-D company. Result: The successful rate of the external jugular vein paracentesis is beyond the periperal venous. Especially in cardiovascular disease and late cancer, dyscrasia have the obvious effect. The external jugular vein can content the rate of rescue because of near to heart, caliber cruder. Conclusion: Appling the external jugular vein puncture to rescued emergency can provid the prompt and effective pass espacially the cardiovascular disease and later cancer, dyscrasia, it is worth to spread in the clinic.
