宫颈癌及癌前病变患者人乳头瘤病毒与血清可溶性肿瘤坏死因子受体关系的研究

目的了解血清可溶性肿瘤坏死因子受体(sTNFR)和肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)在人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)引发宫颈癌前病变及宫颈癌中的变化。方法经过阴道镜下活检、病理检查证实的宫颈癌50例作为宫颈癌组,宫颈上皮内瘤变58例作为宫颈上皮内瘤样病变(CIN)组。取两组病例少量的宫颈上皮组织,用定量聚合酶链反应(PCR)法检测HPV16、18型;采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法检测血清中TNF-α、sTNFRⅠ和sTNFRⅡ。结果在宫颈上皮内瘤变患者中,HPV感染引起血清TNF、sTNFRⅠ显著升高(P<0.01),而sTNFRⅡ没有明显变化。在宫颈癌患者中,HPV感染后其血清TNF、sTNFRⅠ、sTNFRⅡ均显著升高(P<0.01)。结论TNF和sTNFR在HPV感染及与之密切相关的CIN、宫颈癌的发生发展中有一定的作用。

Relationship of human papillomavirus infection with serum soluble tumor necrosis factor receptor levels in cases of cervical carcinoma and precancerous lesion

Objective Human papillomavirus (HPV) may induce precancerous lesion or cervical carcinoma,in these cases their serum levels of soluble tumor necrosis factor receptor(sTNFR) and tumor necrosis factor(TNF) may also change,the paper is to check up on the relevance.Methods Fifty casses had been diagnosed by colposcopy and biopsy as cervical carcinoma (CC group);fifty-eight cases had been diagnosed as cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN group).A small amount of cervical tissue was taken for detecting HPV-16 and HPV-18 by quantitative polymerase chain reaction(PCR);serum levels of TNF,sTNFR-Ⅰ,sTNFR-Ⅱwere determined by double antibody sandwith enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results In CIN group,HPV infection induced marked increase in serum TNF and sTNFR-Ⅰ(P<0.01),while sTNFR-Ⅱ had no marked change.In CC group,HPV infection caused marked increase in all the serum TNF,sTNFR-Ⅰ and sTNFR-Ⅱ(P<0.01).Conclusion TNF and sTNFR play a certain role in HPV infection-associated CIN or CC.
