摘    要:本文观察了高频喷射通气(HFJV)治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭,频率和驱动压改变对通气效果的影响。结果:不同频率或驱动压治疗后均能使氧分压(PaO_2)明显上升,频率或驱动压过高易造成二氧化碳潴留加重。结论:HFJV治疗COPDⅡ型呼吸衰竭时,频率应低于120次/分,驱动压应小于0.1kPa/cm~2,这样既能保证动脉血充分氧合又能防止二氧化碳潴留加重。

Abstract:This article discussed the effect of frequency and driving pressure on blood gas of high frequency jet ventilation (HFJV)therapy for the respiratory failures of chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases(COPD). The result showed that with different frequencies or driving pressure, HFJV could markedly elevate PaO_2 With a higher frequency or driving pressure, the carbondioxide retention might be aggravated. It concludes that using HFJV for COPD respiratory failure, frequency should be lower than 120 breath per minute and driving pressure lower than 0.1 kPa in a square centimeter.
