| 摘 要： | 目的观察周围神经刺激器定位技术用于肌间沟经路臂丛神经阻滞的临床效果。方法60例行上肢手术的患者,在周围神经刺激器定位下进行臂丛神经阻滞,当刺激电流减小至0.5 mA以下时,仍有所支配的肌肉收缩,回吸无血液及脑脊液后注入0.75%的罗哌卡因20 mL,观察阻滞效果。结果所有患者生命体征平稳,5例患者阻滞不全需静脉注射辅助药物,其余患者阻滞效果完善,完全阻滞率>90%。结论周围神经刺激器定位用于肌间沟经路臂丛神经阻滞操作简便,定位准确,提高了阻滞成功率,值得推广使用。

| Abstract: | Objective discuss the clinical effect of peripheral nerve stimuli location technique(PNSLT) in nerve blockage of brachial plexus via myo-intergroove.Methods 60 cases who underwent upper limb operation patient were taken nerve blockage anesthesia at brachial plexus under guiding of PNSLT without blood and CSF back suck and injected ropivacaine 0.75%.The anesthesia effect was observed.Results All cases had smooth vital signs.The blockage effects were perfect except 5 cases who needed venous ancillary drugs.The total blockage rate was 90%.Conclusion This machine could be helpful to localize the nerve and improve the blockage rate.It might easy to be used in clinic. |
